Stained Glass Window Greeting Card - St. Francis of Assisi Church Window #3
In 1942 wartime restrictions limited gasoline and thus curtailed the opportunities for church attendance by those living in rural communities. Mrs. Strong made an offer to the Bishop of Cleveland to use the library-garden room of her home on Old Mill Road as a temporary chapel; and the church was born.
Cards are blank inside to use for all occasions.
This is the 3rd of 3 cards from this location.
